Pathetic leadership, useless middle management, quality is just a buzz word, not a management goal. Used to be a great place that focused on customers. Those days are over

Nothing unique to shout about

Cons

Children of own and friends in the compnay whom are well taken care of regardless of thier ability to contribute. Seen employees with better quality forced out due to non-liking from the family & friends. ~Also, Cold in nature the environment~

see how many job opening they have and that should answer all your questions. Yes they are that bad, the worst place I worked at over the past 30 years. How they still get those contracted awarded is beyond me. Good luck AAR
