Pros

Interesting products being manufactured Lots of room to improve product lines for a capable engineer I was able to maintain good work/life balance

Cons

No investment in capital equipment by parent company. Lack of involvement by upper management. Management does not attempt to fix problems with issues in the facility. Multiple rounds of layoffs.

Pros

Gets you heavy maintenance experience Tuition reimbursement if you don't have your A&P yet (or for other majors) Schedule isn't horrible Mentor programs (sheet metal, avionics, A&P) Referral bonuses (even though they lowered it) Holiday pay, vacation time (2 weeks for 1-4 years, 3 weeks for 5+)

Cons

Pay Pay Pay Seriously can not stress how much they do not pay. But it is an MRO and they want cheap labor so thats what you get.
