Pros

The employees at lower levels are great to work with and with mobility systems your supporting the troops in the best way possible, by making the front lines feel a little more like home. The pay is also decent for the area.

Cons

The pay may be decent but don't expect anything else if your salary, no bonuses, no raises. This company is also in the stone age as far as the workplace is concerned. Some of the managers help with allowing you to have a flexible schedule but other then that is still in the world of sit in your box and work 8.5-9 hrs with as little breaks as possible and don't get caught leaving early or you'll probably be looked down on. The company is stuck in the 90's and it shows. The upper management is so money hungry they will do a plant shutdown before messing with a price margin that was probably set during desert storm 1. Its to the point where we don't have orders and instead of dealing with the problem they just lay more people off. Its gotten so bad I have had multiple people in upper level positions tell me if you don't have your resume out your crazy.

Pros

Decent benefits and family atmosphere when it dealing with the technicians. Stable in its industry for now.

Cons

No room to grow. You will probably remain in the same position for 20 years. Had one layoff when the market was doing bad. Annual bonus is $200-300. The position is good if your working on your A&P bad if you have one.
