AAR has a very good health plan for family.

Cons

I was working with another company in AFGHANISTAN, AAR pilots talked me in to joining AAR. They hired me and had me in limbo for 2 months. I called there HR every day and all they could tell me was they were waiting on management, AAR let me go and now I have no job, AAR ruined my whole life.

Good learning environment dependent on supervisor Some valuable resources for networking in the industry Good benefits package, good opportunities for people whom have high degree of ambition.

Cons

Bias towards gender in specific roles, focus more on educational background, less on work experience or skills. Little consideration in terms of social intelligence for work performance.
