Pros

Good to be in the bottom of the rung in the workplace. Just do your job well and limit expectations that others will also do well. Vacation scheme was ok. Work hours are decent.

Cons

Extremely difficult to get a salary raise even with work justification and supervisor support.

This includes ongoing check-ins that provide coaching and feedback, 1:1 skill development and career planning sessions, global learning and development program, and visibility with work and special projects. All of these help our employees to try and accomplish where they want to go in their career.
