Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for overtime.

Cons

1. They are racist. This can be seen in the very few minorities, and no minorities in maintenance management. 2. management will fabricate problems, if you don't suck up to them the way they want. And if you're a woman, you may likely encounter sexual harassment from management. 3. If you are not white, AAR doesn't provide opportunities to learn and advance.

Pros

If you are a team player, motivated to learn, ready to share great ideas and partner with great people; choose AAR. Internal growth and development opportunities are available and there are many examples of individuals who have grown throughout AAR.

Cons

If your disposition tends to be more negative, or prefer to complain about issues that may arise vs. identifying solutions, then you should pass on joining the AAR team.

Pros

If you are a new A&P it's a great place to get the experience. Good benefits. Relaxed working atmosphere.

Cons

If your an experienced A&P you do not need to waste your time here. Since they cannot bring in or retain experienced mechanics they are now forcing overtime for long periods of time. People come to Duluth to get Airbus experience and leave ASAP. They have hired hundreds of people since opening their doors in 2012, it's a rotating door.
