      Excellent rotational schedule, fair compensation.

      Cons

      Ancient, obsolete aircraft. Poor to nonexistent maintenance. Disorganized and ineffective training program.

      Good Place to work if money is your motivator

      -Excellent pay -Challenging work -Great people to work with

      Cons

      -Lousy work life balance - whatever time off you get- use it before you loose it. -Senior Leadership is concerned about the profit they make not looking out for the people that help them to achieve their margins. -Training is on your dime. They want it but will not pay for it with their dollars. be prepared for this.
