Pros
Swings shift is a laid back and easy working environment with little to do. Most of the work is performed during the day shift.
Cons
Always correcting mistakes of incompetent supervisors and management. Embezzlement is rampant, from key supervisors who allow fraudulent lost time sheets to be submitted by favored employees or materials consistently disappearing to expeditors submitting padded bills to vendor clients for work never performed on planes. Nepotism, office politics, and incompetence is rampant problem. Outdated and inadequate equipment to work with. Inept employees who act as if they live on the streets. Very low pay compared to other companies. Worthless benefits. Low morale.
