That is why we continue to focus on town halls, listening sessions, 1;1s, touch bases, leadership training, open lines of communication, open doors and engaging employees in multiple arenas. We do have a global Learning and Development program that includes Leadership Development, Skills and Competency Development, 1:1 coaching, Mentorship Program and many other individual training programs.
