Great 7am-3:30pm schedule with plenty of overtime depending on the workflow.

Cons

Pay is really low and the raises every year are a joke.

Pros

Benefits, people, and the facility would be my Pro's. This facjlity has one of the lowest OSHA rates in the nation.

Cons

The facilite is so large walking around is a pain. Will add more later if needed
