Pros

AAR offers good pay and benefits, especially vacation benefits. A positive working culture is encouraged and facilitated with company tailgates, summer picnics and winter luncheons.

Cons

The company is not investing in their employee's as a long term asset. There are frequent re-structuring events, making it at times difficult as tasks are re-assigned and sometimes neglected.

Pros

Invested in its people through training. Good benefits package and decent pay for the work performed.

Cons

When an employee called 'the hotline', corporate management was quick to point the finger at local management even before any investigation had begun.

Pros

Flexible schedule for some departments. Some opportunity to grow if you are someone that managers like.

Cons

There are many employees that work there that get by with doing absolutely nothing. While others have to pick up their slack and leave at the end of the day frustrated. Upper management has no idea what the actual worker bees do from day to day, nor do they care. There are a lot of office dwellers that, in my opinion, get paid to do nothing. Compensation is terrible.
