      Cool, newly renovated HQ near O'Hare Opportunities for advancement once you prove yourself On a strong growth trajectory so opportunities will increase Aviation industry is global & growing so good future

      Not downtown Need to be proactive to stand out Could be more diverse

      Staff is very nice and the amount of overtime is practically limitless.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking and necessary training isn't really given.

If you get a chance, perhaps write out training items that you have gleamed/learned since you started, & just drop them by my office (2nd floor IT Group). You can leave them on my chair, or just slip under my glassdoor, when I'm not around if that works for you.
