Great place to work if you like a quick pace company with many challenges. They pay for your education and they have excellent benefits

Cons

Sometimes you will have to work the whole weekend but it doesn't happen often

Excellent rotational schedule, fair compensation.

Cons

Ancient, obsolete aircraft. Poor to nonexistent maintenance. Disorganized and ineffective training program.

Pros

It's a great place to get experience and learn about Aviation. If you're getting your A&P license while you're here, this is the spot. The only thing is, you don't want to stay long term.

Cons

Go to another company as fast as you can, this company doesn't value it's employees at all. Everyone is disposable and lay-offs are constant.

Okay. Got it, & THX for review/post. Also everybody, the A&P is a certification, as opposed to a licensure. The "A" & the "P" are the ratings. Keep trying to uplift that.
