Pros

They provide decent benefits and its a paycheck

Cons

Your ability to clock in for the day is dependent to you being able locate your lead, since you can't clock in till you have a job to clock in on. I've been early but because I could not find my lead been shorted 15 minutes for the day. This happens with some regularity. They allow people who don't work for the company (contractors) and aren't licensed to be leads. No one seems to care and the work is affected by this.

Pros

It is a job. Great co-workers. Decent health and dental, tution rembursement. Indoor work for the most part. A variety of work to do.

Cons

No leadership, constantly reinventing the wheel, disorganized, no communication from management, poor workers allowed to slide, good workers are worked to death, worn out equipment that is constantly breaking and at times dangerous. High turnover. Understaffed.
