      Pros

      There are some smart people that work there but all of them want to leave. Paid tend be be average

      Cons

      I wouldn't advise anyone to work here and will list out why: 1. No on boarding 2. No direction from any manager regarding goals or objectives 3. A complete white boys club (preferably with direct relation) to get into management 4. Culture is horrible, on my first day I had 5 people tell me I should leave as quick as possible

      Some good people and ok benefits Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Cut throat environment Only family and friends have opportunity No one seems to care for employees that perform above and beyond what is expected Leadership has been there to longer and pay like crap because they do not know anything else but AAR HR department has no diversity and don't care to support what right. Employee lose no matter what People get fired if they challenged management Employees get paid $10-15K below industry standard No negotiating, either take or leave it Make sure you get it in writing because upper management lies alot about bonuses, etc and will not give it to you. The HR department are the ones coming on sites like this to give the company and CEO positive reviews. I know because I seen it done first hand

      Pros

      People are what make this company. Nice location as it is near Schaumburg and easy access from expressways. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      They are letting people go for untruthful and deceitful reasons. Part of the "good ole boys" club - they take care of their own. Lots of nepotism (hiring of family members). The head guy is an accountant, so he is lacking in people skills. Long hours as well.
