Pros

They find a simple job quickly

Cons

SCSEP is intended to be a training platform to learn new skills and get one back in the job scene. It's a temporary situation, does not teach new skills and basically leaves you back where you started, unemployed. I spent all my time in the interview signing multiple documents. No paper reduction there.

Pros

AARP is a wonderful organization helping seniors 55+ get equipped for a job by offering free training.

Cons

Can only work 18 hours per week which is sometimes a problem if I am in the middle of a project.
