Pros

Smart and passionate people that truly want to make a difference in their work to help low-income older adults; good pay and benefits.

Cons

Some external confusion between AARP and AARP Foundation, which sometimes results in duplication of efforts between the two organizations and lack of coordination or cooperation between the two as well.

Pros

Helping People and stopping fraud

Cons

Lack of skilled leadership, coach’s and group manager hid things from the those higher up, when an agent needs help the person in charge has no clue and no leadership skills and often gives incorrect answers. Instead of encouraging employees they treat us like 3 yr olds.
