A good place to work.

Pros

The benefits are great. It's one of the few places remaining that still has a pension plan. Despite being a non-profit organization, it operates as any large business and there are many opportunities internally for employees to lateral or advance.

Cons

Decision making is sometimes slow. There is a lot of internal competition between employees, managers, and departments.

Pros

This is a great place to work. They were very flexible with my college schedule. Also, there was over 60 years of communications experience that I had at my disposal.

Cons

I don't have any cons for this job.
