Pros

Good benefits that include a pension and one-time renewal/sabbatical.

Cons

So many to list due to the many organizational changes under new executive team. Just a couple include: working more without a pay adjustment. Promotions aren't given appropriately or given without pay increase. Re-organizations are done poorly. Making entire departments re-apply for jobs instead of going after the poor performers and letting them go.

Pros

Employees are treated well, the benefits are great and the overall enviornment is very pleasant. It is very easy to work here, be somewhat fulfilled professionally, and maintain worklife balance. The work week is thirty five hours, very managable. The people are friendly almost family like and seem to genuinely care about you and your well being.

Cons

There seems to be an iniative of the month, always some latest and greatest project that becomes top priority with little regard given to the fast that last month's project is not yet complete. It can be political, in that (like every where you go) it is all about who you know and whether or not they like you.
