Pros

They find a simple job quickly

Cons

SCSEP is intended to be a training platform to learn new skills and get one back in the job scene. It's a temporary situation, does not teach new skills and basically leaves you back where you started, unemployed. I spent all my time in the interview signing multiple documents. No paper reduction there.

Pros

The environment is pleasant, and the professionals are highly skilled.

Cons

It is a bureaucratic organization that is complicated to grow up. The company doesn't hire directly.
