Pros

AARP is building a culture of innovation, teaching staff to think and work differently and to be more innovative in their thinking and their approach to work.

Cons

Excruciatingly long approval processes from procurement make it challenging to meet project deadlines and also, many people are stuck in their ways, wanting to do things the way they always have been. However, the culture of innovation that is being built is improving these processes and mindsets.
