Pros

Advocacy for the 50+, working to strengthen Medicare Social Security and the Affordable Care Act. You make a difference each and every day by focusing on advocacy, education and outreach, the foundation programs and more

Cons

A huge organization with its own bureaucracy that can be top heavy and at times autocratic. There has been downsizing in some departments and with each change in CEO the organizational culture changes and of late that means more business centric than people centric
