Pros

AARP Foundation's salaries are highly competitive compared to most NPOs. Their workforce is diverse and intergenerational. Former CEO Barry Rand's mandate to get up to speed technologically has benefited the organization AND individual employees.

Cons

Few people realize that there are actually three parts of AARP and that AARP Foundation is the 501c3 arm of AARP. For example, Glassdoor's software did not allow me to enter "AARP Foundation," but insisted I choose "AARP" from the drop-down menu.
