Pros

Benefits are top notch and the mission is noble in it's calling. The effort currently being made will personalize the services provided to seniors. This approach will recognize the needs of the individual and present specific services that will address those needs.

Cons

The senior management is in constant flux causing constant reorganization and turnover. Entire functions have been eliminated overnight as it fell out of favor to the more powerful political senior manager. Finally, if you are not politically inclined, this may not be the organization for you.
