Pros

You are basically your own boss and determine the quality of work you do. This job is very hard to get fired from (hence why co-workers are lazy and still have a job), you would pretty much have to murder or sexually herass someone to get fired.

Cons

Where to start... 1. The company is getting way to big and has no upper management to run it correctly. 2. Supervisors are always no where to be found and never respond to issues in the field. 3. Co-workers (this word used very loosely) always call off and/or do a horrible job and you have to clean up their mess.

Great place to build a career and grow off of that in the future, Upper management spends a great amount of time teaching you how to be sucessful in the real world. The sales training is priceless for you to build off of.

Cons

It's hard to addapt to the coca-cola lifestyle at first. Management is always watching you making sure your executing to 110% all time. The competition is rough at first and it hard for someone coming into the soda bussiness without any experience to handle it. It does get easlier once you learn the tricks and trades of this bussiness. I'm speaking on behalf of the C-store side of bussiness.

Training program could use to be updated Changing territories was frowned upon even after significant time Merchandisers were often unreliable
