Great product, great people, great culture, very collaborative environment. It's fast paced, competitive, always challenging! Really! Always challenging, and this is an excellent experience! I always had really good resources around that helped me and encouraged me to grow. I was part of the implementation team, really knowledgeable people! They have really good benefits! and they cater lunch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for everybody!
Cons
You MUST be comfortable of "working" if you are lazy, read this CAREFULLY: this place is NOT for you!...Because yes! you have to reach your billable time to your customers and unfortunately or fortunately your productivity and reputation is measured with that. 2-The billable time is turning sometimes difficult to get bonus. I think you have to travel and be on site with your costumers if you want to reach your billable goal to get bonus.
