Pros
The ownership is viable and and always willing to help. They do a lot of things to help make it feel like a close knit environment and the people there are pretty good to work with (for the most part). There is a lot of travel involved if you work in either Finance or Logistics.
Cons
The problem with them is they have grown to big to fast. As a result all they care about is that you are hitting billable time, so much so that they are hotel about it. They have also hired on some pretty poor people that don't have the right skill sets to be in these types of roles.
