      Pros

      High priority on safety. Good internal courses. Good chances to organize external trainings. One constant thing is a change, do mamy possibilities to cope with different products.

      Cons

      As everywhere, some of the leaves are not leaders, just poor managers;) but with constant changes in the business you'll eventually swap project and leaders:)
