Pros

Those that work in the day to day operations of the company are really great and very helpful. The vision of the company and the direction that they are going in seems to be right on the money. Interesting work.

Cons

Management is not professional, too much family involvement that does not allow others to get their foot in the door because the family is too busy looking out for their own. Not fair to other employees that have more experience and more education to be in the shadows of others that are not qualified for their positions, however their connections to the family allow them the benefit of moving quickly up the ladder.

Pros

ABC is a family business, and still run that way even though they have 250 employees. Entrepreneurial, quick to make changes. They are enthusiasstic about buses and very success-oriented

Cons

Impatient, too focused on sales and not enough on operations. Each facility is its own silo and guards its turf jealously. Management plays favorites, usually family members or old friends.
