      Pros

      -Pay is good -Work life balance is great for my level. However seems to be non existent on the senior leadership positions -fully remote -good team members

      Cons

      -meetings are extremely long. Going over time is normal on the daily. Every meeting is guaranteed to go 10-15mins over time. Many times meetings go 1-2h over time as well. -majority of meetings can be cut in half if people actually used slack properly and were active in the threads
