      Pros

      The people-centric culture is one of the best things I love about working at ABC. The open PTO and quarterly disconnect days is a rare gem in Corporate America. The CEO, Bill Davis, is by far one of the few CEOs that publicly share vulnerability and strength simultaneously.

      Cons

      The work can be overwhelming at times, and even with open PTO it's hard to enjoy it because work is never to far from the mind when you return to the office.

      Ineffective management

      Good pay Many employees here love to teach juniors

      Cons

      Management is ineffective - they only want to hear "YES" or "OKAY." Even if you present valid points about an issue and suggest better alternatives, they won’t listen. Once they’ve made a decision, it’s final. There's also a lack of trust - one mistake, and they lose confidence in you completely, leaving no room for improvement. The processes are unstructured, with no proper quality checks, no quality targets and most communication happens verbally instead of through emails which creates a lot of gaps
