No pros Management is unsure with direction of the company specially now with new launched office in Hyderabad. Position are added and removed over night. You might clear all rounds yet not be hired with some lame reasons

Do not join .. the biggest learner to pass on

Culture is progressive and there is a general positive trajectory for the company. People are great too.

Cons

Like al PE businesses - leadership doesn't think of you as a person. Part of the great downfall of America’s business culture is the devaluing and dehumanization of the American worker.
