Great work life balance Great leadership Full benefits 4 weeks vacation Extra days off around holidays 17 weeks pregnancy and parental leave Option to work remotely Fair compensation One of the only companies I have worked for where everyone lives by the values and mission

Acquired by a company in 2020 so working through some new systems and processes but it's progressing well.

- Care about their people and creating a community environment - Really acknowledge people individually and also as a team with the impact they make - Young, fun and fresh environment and teammates to work with

Cons

Ever since they got acquired by ABC Fitness I feel like bonuses, pay increase, benefits, etc are much less abundant than when Trainerize was a standalone company. It's more strict and feels more corporate despite leadership at Trainerize making an effort to really honour their employees.
