This company not only talks the talk, but walks the walk when it comes to servicing our clients. Lots of opportunity to grow and move up. Everyone works hard and it's like your extended family.

Cons

If you can't look inwardly to see what can be done to improve situations, this may not be the place for you.

Pros

ABC focuses as much on its employees as it does the clients and members. There is endless opportunity for personal and professional growth and development. They are consistently improving processes and working to make for a better employee/client experience.

Cons

The passion and high expectations can be intense for some. However, they are very clear and upfront with potential and current employees in regard to the companies vision, purpose and level of expectation.

There are no pros I can enter

Cons

Founded by former gym owners, so that should be the first warning. If you value your career, don't even think about this place. Abusive CEO, incompetent management who fires anyone that might be competition, etc. I was warned by a friend not to take the offer, but I did anyway. What a mistake. I'm an experienced IT professional who wins awards and I've never seen a worse organization. The lies and corruption are inconceivable unless you see it firsthand. I'm still amazed by how poorly I was treated as an employee here. I left another job to take this one and they hired me back in a heartbeat with a huge raise after my ABC experience went south. No matter how much they offer you, it's not worth it.
