Pros

"Work from home" but don't think your on vacation expect everyday to be a 10-12 hour day including weekends at times If you don't have any education and are looking to work all day without personal time then this is the company for you.

Cons

Terrible management-Good ole boys club ;) 12 hours work days is normal and expected for everyone including management plus weekends They do not believe in employees having any type of personal time Under paid for the work and time you do Most employees don't even have a college degree and some without a diploma from high school?? Hence for a lack of better words they treat their employees with little respect knowing they have little options in life. Everyone seems to be scared and walks around on egg shells (ive never seen anything like it) Best way I can describe this is ..if management tells a joke everyone laughs funny or not Very micro-managed People that say they like it there are seriously the people with the lack of education and have no better options. Including myself , I've known many people who have worked there for 5 years plus expecting raises, promotions etc..if that ever comes up...you will be FIRED for not returning a phone call for a client or any other small excuse that they can find.

Pros

Awesome networking. Free food, free hotel, free airfare, free rental. You basically manage yourself.

Cons

They do not tell you that you have to make a 90% or above to keep your job after working months on the job. They will use you and then "fire" you by giving you a ridiculous pass or fail percentage.

Pros

ABC is more than just a job, or even a career. ABC is a FAMILY. As a company we are obsessed (in a positive way) with improving employee health, both physical and mental, and boosting morale. Employee engagement for remote employees is critical and a top priority here. While employees may work hundreds of miles from the home office, we find creative ways to build rapport, connect the dots and stay in touch. I also appreciate the bountiful career opportunities, including remote positions! Our state of the art technology makes working from home comfortable, convenient and effective. I truly cannot imagine myself without my ABC family.

Cons

Some people find the fast paced, technology centric environment of ABC a bit overwhelming. In order to LOVE ABC you have to LOVE change. In our industry we are constantly improving to keep up with the times and to meet the demands of our clients. Personally, this is a Pro for me, but others prefer a smaller and slower paced work environment causing ABC not to be a good fit for them.
