Good Compensation. That's about it.

Cons

Poor management and evaluation. Company has employee favorites so they tend to discriminate against those that aren't favorites. You can not move up in this company unless you are really good friends with upper management

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. It is unfortunate to hear that this was your experience. Our goal is to improve the feedback and evaluations to our OSIMs (and all our team members), and for OSIMs we have started an on-site QA evaluation, twice annually, however we do need to continue to do more to get them the feedback they need to improve and grow with ABC. Our goal was never to hire temporary folks, through attrition and growth in all departments we saw everyone being absorbed into other roles. Great Place to work in Central Arkansas

Pros

Well funded, debt free IT and Financial Services company that takes care of customers. Invests in R&D. High level of customer engagement.

Cons

It's Arkansas and not LA, NY, or Chicago. We are not a top tier city but the cost of living is to die for.
