      Pros

      Open door policy. Senior execs are eager to listen to new ideas. This company is growing fast and works hard to remain a leader in the industry.

      Cons

      The fast pace is not for everyone. You have to be willing and eager to embrace change.

      Great company... Regret that I had to leave suddenly but will totally work for Abc financials again if given a chance
