      Pros

      I joined by the time it was still Glofox. The team's great, willing to collaborate, with not a lot of political play in the way. Good benefits and remote work. I appreciated also their HR team - they seemed to be more active than other companies' and looking for additional benefits for people, get-togethers or mental health initiatives.

      Cons

      A lot of restructuring and not much career growth. They seemed to favor external applicants over internal promotions or referrals. Work-life balance was tricky at times.
