      Headed in a disappointing direction

      Pros

      Product, some of the people. Remote work

      Cons

      Senior leaders appear to be preparing to sell the company. Lots of lay offs, reorganizations, and confusion. We are told the company is doing great but then holiday bonuses are cancelled. If you are a VP or above, your bonus is fine, and your bonus is 3x what a worker bee gets paid annually.
