      Training was very intense and you cover a mass amount of info in a very short period of time.

      The only good thing is the pay.

      Its very stressful and they want you to work on your off days and vacation time is frowned upon

      Thank you for your input. Training is definitely intense, and our commitment to our clients does make it challenging at times to take paid time off. As the intensity of the needs of clients changes throughout the year, we do want our team members to take personal time off to recharge.

      Great people but bad leaders

      Pros

      People are great and there is tons of positions available to move up. Money is good. ABC gives us what we need to work. Some leads are great and try to change things and work with the team.

      Cons

      Bad management. Bad communication. Its a popularity contest. Its like high school not a professional office. Screaming at people or blasting emails to the company to embarass a worker comes from the very top so leads and managers do the same. Too few workers to do too much work and we're all sitting on each other in tiny closets holding 5 or 6 people.

      Two years has flown by, so blessed

      Pros

      Everyone is focused on service to clients and members. We are blessed to work with people that continue to train and help us. Someone is always there for answers. My supervisor and lead are great. I get to work from home everyday. There is a lot to learn and I am thankful that I have been blessed to meet ABC. They provide my computer too. 2 years later and it is the best decision I made. They came out and spent a day in Atlanta with us. I cannot wait for the next Atlanta get together.

      Cons

      Getting started is hard. There is so much to learn I only get to see my fellow team once a year Taking care of people that can be very mean on the phone can be hard
