As the company continues to succeed, abc rewards their employees generously. The incentives & benefits provided, fill me with drive, determination, along with the feeling of being appreciated/valued!. HAPPY EMPLOYEES CREATE RAVING FANS!

You can't use notes in training.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We continue to improve our training after every single class. We have added some new tools to help our Remote Customer Care Reps get the information they need to be successful in a shorter period of time.

They provide you with everything and my supervisor rocks, the company itself is always asking it's employees for feedback and they care about those who work for them. Training is intense but that shows me that they care about their clients and staff as well, Will finally get to meet then in December as they are coming to my area to meet employees and have a face to face interview for those in the Orlando area.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything
