      Pros

      If you are part of the "in" crowd, you can end up in a position with a nice title and okay money.

      Cons

      There are many. Money is slightly less than larger companies would pay. Dominate good ol gal / boy culture. President seems to relish being a dick to employees. Communication with upper management is bad.This is a company that started with a few people and has grown to a level where the current management doesn't know how to run it.

      No real cons. The fast-paced environment can sometimes be challenging...but rewarding.

      Their Business has grown tremendously over the years. They rarely have lay offs.

      Cons

      Overworked. Attendance policy isn't flexible especially if you have small children. Pay is ok. They aren't fair with their promotions. They promote who they "like" not whose most qualified and has the most experience. Stressful due to the Nature of the Business.
