Work spaces are horrible. You are basically sharing a table with one or many people - crammed into a tiny space. They frown on you having too much person stuff on your 'desk'. You are sent threatening emails from upper management to keep you in line. They have a 'gossip clause' to keep people from complaining - with the threat of being written up if they catch you complaining. They have people in management that have NO business being there. Management isn't professional at all - cussing you out at the drop of a hat or telling you to suck it up if you have complaints or concerns. The CEO/President is a jerk and people tell you to be afraid of him and to avoid talking to him at all costs. He will play mind games with you just for the fun of it. Nobody is interesting in training you. Team leads are always too busy. They put you through a three week class and if you miss the final test by a point of passing, they fire you - even if you are a good employee with promise. I wouldn't send anyone here to work.

Everyone is out for themselves in a very blunt and in your face way. You can't say no to anything and must work yourself sick to advance and then you still might not move up unless you are a favorite. You will have zero work life balance here. You will eat, breath and sleep ABC and only ABC.
