      Toxic Culture/Overworked/Underpaid

      Fully remote role. Work from home.

      Cons

      Their toxic culture is not sustainable. ABC’s current leadership (in all departments under Sales all the way from SDR, to AE, to OB/CX) is pushing out good, loyal people. Glofox was a way better place to work before ABC took over. ABC is overworking good employees and undervaluing long standing employees, making them feel stressed and desperate to get out. Glad it’s not my problem anymore. Happy to have left for better opportunities. My resignation was the smartest thing I could do to better myself!
