Pros

I have worked for ABC for almost 2 years and I have never been more challenged in a positive way. I have enjoyed working for ABC from the beginning. This company knows how to support and nurture their employees into better teammates and people. Everyday is a new adventure and very rewarding. The leaders lead by example and make me want to be excellent!

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. ABC is a family and I cannot imagine working for any other company.

Pros

There is tremendous room for growth when you are committed to the clients. After 3 years I keep growing, improving, and moving up. Everyone cares about the client. Adding the focus on leadership and management development is so good in my eyes. The company growth see,s to never stop.

Cons

Obsession with taking care of clients can lead to long hours.
