The people are what makes this place. I had the opportunity to meet some extraordinary individuals who help me no matter what the issue. The CEO is GREAT and really cares about the people, at least that was my feeling. The pay was ok, not great, The time off/holidays off were very good.

Cons

"The Con's" Some of the Management was just that, CON'S! Never managed a person a day in their life! Was always quick to tell you what you were not doing, and never provided guidance on what you could do better. It's hard to get behind a product that does not work or lacks functionality and you're forced to lie about it. Some just like to stand on their soapbox and brag about what they did in the past, but bring no substance to the future! It's a shame. And stop regurgitating the same old industry trends and news like the club owners haven't heard it before! They are smarter than you think they are! There are many positions open for a reason and it's not company growth. 😊 Job seekers beware!

They use the latest and greatest SaaS tools/companies so its good experience for those starting out to use popular tools other companies will soon use The work culture, in IT, is great and has come a long way since 2015 to 2017 Everyone is helpful and willing to jump in and help Leadership is transparent and open to ideas

Cons

Priorities change on a whim, but that's practically at any company
