2yI appreciate the feedback given. With such a scale of acquisition there is always going to be change and unfortunately some of the change all coming at once can be a lot. While change can be uncomfortable it can also open up a lot of opportunities for us as a company and also for individuals. Following that initial integration period we are now benefiting from all the synergies and opportunities that come with aligning with a company that shares our mission and values. As a result we are seeing incredible success in the market but this success is coming from our focus on creating the best place for people to work. We are so truly proud of our team that helped us navigate a lot of complexity over the past year and are committed to being the best working enviornment to support people in achieving their career goals.
