Remote Working rights I had a great team Nice work balance (with some high activity peaks)

Cons

. You will be just one shift in upper management away of having a terrible experience . Lack of communication in communication teams lol . You never know whats going on . You will be the last to know what to do in your job . No processes and no respect for your work or opinion . Knowledgeable people are clearly jumping off . No growth . No training . No bonuses . High-Ups don't care about what happens bellow . Worse leadership I've ever seen. . If it wasnt for my close team I would have jumped off sooner
