      Pros

      Entreprenurial spirit, forward thinking - can-do outlook. Amazing boss and co-workers - supportive and collaborative and fun!

      Cons

      Not a con - just a comment, it's best if you know what you want and don't expect someone else to lay it all out for you. Ask lots of questions.

      AVOID THIS PLACE!

      Pros

      There are no "Pros" for this place. All the people working there are print industry rejects trying to make a name for themselves. You have drug addict staff coming in whenever they please, self centered narcissistic children trying to do Customer Service, and "corporate" is nothing more but fear mongering elitists out for everyone's throat.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING -- Their equipment is dated and ill maintained, machines aren't calibrated frequently to meet color consistency standards and expectations of customers. They mess up every order and try to pass it off due to a lack of QC standards and policies in place.
