Pros

Extremely friendly group of people. Those who are not very friendly are few-and-far-between, but those who are genuinely nice and respectful are a mass majority. Definitely a great environment.

Cons

The parking in the area is a minimum of $10 for an early bird special (In before 7 or 9 usually), and the parking pass for the company costs $189/mo. So needless to say, you can expect to pay a pretty penny if you plan on driving here. And the traffic is horrendous.

progressive, creative thinking encouraged; supportive team members and good social atmosphere; hard work gets recognized; there's always something new to learn about or get involved with/ always interesting

Cons

upper management is extremely passionate and inspiring, but tends to micro-manage other people's direct reports which leads to miscommunications

Pros

Decent work environment, other employees are great for the most part. You can learn a lot if you want to.

Cons

Salary, benefits are not great and the PTO system is ridiculous, you have to earn your PTO to accrue it to take paid time off. Performance reviews involve chasing down management and trying to make an appointment to meet. I haven’t had one in 2 1/2 years.
